Soulful words

I still consider myself twenty two years old. lol It’s funny how i’m twenty three so close to twenty four. I always thought that twenty four is so old. Ahhhhh! Looking back it’s funny to think that by this age i thought i’ll be getting the big bucks. Instead of being in school and struggling paying endless amounts of bills. 0_0 Oh brother! life takes it’s unexpected turns but overall you have to make the best out of anything that comes your way. Anyways, I should have been more attentive in school, i messed up freshman and sophomore year of College then taking a year off did not help! Nonetheless, I’m close to reaching my goal and graduating from this school, which came out to be a great choice by the way.

 Therefore, Queensborough community college sucked to the core. I thought it was one of the best community colleges in New York and the fact that the area was good and the commute wasn’t that bad made me believe it was the best choice. Yeah right! 0_o. Even though i had friends graduate from there, it takes a longer process to graduate from that school and they don’t provide additional help/programs, if so, it sucks too. That school wasn’t for me. It was unorganized and every professor i had defined horrible and pointless. Thank god i landed in my college it was the best thing that could have ever happened to me. The commute to my college can be a challenge if your taking a train and bus but it’s worth it. Great professors,very organized, great programs. Student’s are eager to learn and everyone is on there grind to get out and graduate. A lot of African American and Russian people go to my school, not that many Hispanic people, but over all it’s diverse. ^_^  However, one of the down falls is that there’s a high school  located in the campus and most of the high school students linger around the college and hang out in the lunch room and lounging areas. And of course, if you take morning classes you’ll end up seeing these high school student’s around but i hardly ever got bothered, i go straight to my class and everyone is ready to learn and be out.  The professors in that college are amazing. I enjoy this college and can’t wait to finish and continue my studies! =D Kingsborough community college rocks my world. :)

Phone died = Annoyed

The only reason why my phone is died is because my boyfriend always forgets to bring his damn charger and takes mine. Now i have a died phone and it’s annoying me. 0_0

Spoke to my college adviser and i’m happy to know that if i pass all my classes i’ll be out of this school in one year and three months. Yes! now that’s motivation to pass those classes and continue my education else where. I have come to terms that i’ll be in school for a very long time. My career choice requires much. But it’s alright. I know that i can do it with god right by my side.
